Avcorp Industries announces management changes

Avcorp Industries Inc. (AVP on the Toronto Stock Exchange) announces that Mr. Paul Kalil has left the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Kalil held various positions with the Company including Chief Operating Officer and most recently as President.
