Avcorp began with a contract to build wing spars, a beam in a wing that provides strength to the wing, for the Cessna Citation Sovereign businesss jet. Avcorp supplies Cessna the forward, center and rear wing spars, along with trailing edge assemblies.

Center Wing Boxes (Wet Wings)
Avcorp's expertise in wing structures has grown with the production of center wing boxes, or wet wings—wing structures housing fuel within a flight control surface. This complex assembly is the structural heart of an aircraft and incorporates metal bonding of skin and structure.
Avcorp's Project Management Office has developed a unique pulse-line assembly system for visual management of an agressive assembly schedule.
