Avcorp Aerostructures Facilities

At Avcorp’s 300,000 square foot, state-of-the-art aircraft structures assembly facility, skilled technicians fit, install and assemble pre-fabricated parts into major airframe aerostructures. Our contracts include manufacture and assembly of center wing boxes and vertical stabilizers for the Cessna Citation CJ3 business jet, plus empennage and wing spar aircraft assemblies for the Cessna Citation Sovereign business jet. Our aerostructures facilities also manufacture wheel-well fairing assemblies for the Boeing 737NG commercial jet, horizontal stabilizers for the Bombardier Challenger 605 business and CRJ200 regional jets. Avcorp designed, manufactures and assembles vertical and horizontal stabilizers for the Bombardier CRJ700 regional jet.

We offer solid model design capabilities with modern aircraft assemblies equipment, including CNC 5-axis milling machinery, advanced CMM capabilities and a CATIA network providing conceptual design, engineering analysis, CNC programming and certification support.

Avcorp utilizes the latest in aircraft structures manufacturing equipment, aircraft structures assembly technologies plus cellular manufacturing systems and processes in order to meet the aerospace contract market demands for commercial, regional and business jet aircraft fabricated parts and aerostructures.
